How it works

The task list runs itself.
A supervisor reads the plan and task board, dispatches the next task with precise instructions, reviews the result, and moves on. Workers execute in their normal CLIs.
Everything is a file.
Plans, memory, inboxes, tasks, transcripts, and command approvals are plain files under the project - open them, edit them, commit them, review them.
A git commit per task.
Each completed task is committed with its SHA recorded on the task entry - the workflow ends up as version-controlled as the code itself.

Alepou Canvas is a desktop studio that produces and visually edits file-backed games, sites, and presentations. Human drag-and-drop and AI command files mutate the same JSON - one runtime renders both the editor and the shipped output, exporting to web, Android, and desktop. (This very site's decks and pages were made this way.)
